Here's why you want to store your unit here: With the city wide flood event we just went through, there was some minor flooding of the corner of this facility. We got an email from VIP, describing the situation, recommending we check our unit, and a phone number to call with questions. We checked, and our unit was fine, but I called to see if they thought the creek would continue to rise. David answered, gave me his best prediction, assured me they would be monitoring the issue through the night, and promised to call if the flooding got anywhere close to our unit.
